Knitting!

I just learned how to knit socks! Well..one kind at least. I got help from some books as well as the coffee shop (forum) on http://www.knitty.com/. I followed the pattern from this book...

And finally finished.....WOO HOO!!

Now...after the socks were done I still had almost a whole other skein left so I made a skinny rib scarf....

Well..there you go! And no...i HATE pink but these items were knitted for someone else. I am knitting my mom some socks next then I will knit myself a pair...maybe in time for next winter!
